14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Every new subscriber receives a 14-day money-back guarantee on their first subscription payment. If you are not satisfied with Recalling AI within 14 days of your initial paid subscription, contact us at support@recalling.ai to request a full refund. No questions asked.
This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only. It does not apply to subsequent billing cycles, plan renewals, or accounts that have previously received a refund.
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. If you cancel your monthly subscription, your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle. We do not provide partial refunds for unused days remaining in your current billing period. Your AI agents will be deactivated at the end of your billing period. Your data (call logs, transcripts, contacts) will be retained for 30 days after cancellation to allow for reactivation or data export. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are billed as a single payment at the beginning of each annual billing cycle. If you cancel your annual subscription within the first 14 days (money-back guarantee period), you will receive a full refund. After 14 days, annual subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances. Contact support@recalling.ai to discuss your situation. If we approve a partial refund for an annual subscription, it will be calculated based on the number of full months remaining in your annual term, minus any discounts applied for the annual billing rate versus the monthly rate.
Expert Agent Add-Ons
Expert Agent add-on charges are billed as line items on your existing subscription. When you remove an Expert Agent from your workspace ("fire" the agent), the recurring add-on charge is removed from your subscription immediately. A pro-rated credit for the unused portion of the current billing period will be applied to your next invoice. If the pro-rated credit exceeds your next invoice amount, the remaining credit will roll over to subsequent invoices. Expert Agent one-time setup fees, if applicable, are non-refundable after the agent has been configured and activated.
Usage-Based Charges
Usage-based charges for voice minutes, API calls, or other metered usage are non-refundable once the usage has occurred. If you believe you were incorrectly billed for usage, contact support@recalling.ai with details and we will investigate.
Phone Number Fees
Monthly phone number fees are non-refundable. When you release a phone number (by deactivating an agent or cancelling your subscription), the monthly charge for that number stops at the end of the current billing cycle.
Downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan, the downgrade takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your current plan's features until the end of your current billing period. No refund or credit is issued for the difference between plan tiers within a billing cycle. If your current usage exceeds the limits of the lower-tier plan (for example, you have 5 agents but the lower plan allows only 2), you will be prompted to reduce your usage before the downgrade takes effect.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time by navigating to your dashboard, clicking on "Billing" in the sidebar, clicking "Manage Subscription," and selecting "Cancel Subscription." Alternatively, you can contact support@recalling.ai and request cancellation.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@recalling.ai with the subject line "Refund Request," your account email address, the reason for your request, and any relevant details. We will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
