By accessing and using Recalling's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use Recalling's services for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with or without notice.
5. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
Recalling shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.
